When you contact PatchCanopy, you may provide your name, email address, company or project information, and details about your request. If a service relationship is established, additional information may be exchanged as needed to perform and support the agreed work.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, evaluate and deliver services, maintain accounts or systems, provide support, send operational or security notices, and keep appropriate business records.
Email communications
Email is primarily sent in response to user requests, within an existing service relationship, or for account, support, security, and operational notifications. PatchCanopy does not buy, rent, or scrape email address lists. Any future marketing email will be sent only to people who actively subscribe and will include a working unsubscribe option.
Service providers
Limited service providers may process information when needed for hosting, email delivery, system operation, security, or support. Information is not sold.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and system security. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you previously supplied, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may also withdraw from optional marketing communication at any time.
